Wedding dress disaster turns to miraculous save

An initially furious bride-to-be has revealed the hilarious chain of events after she complained about her wedding dress.

She ordered the dress online and fired off an "angry letter" to online store Milly Bridal after her tulle and diamante fishtail bridal gown looked "nothing like what I had ordered".

She also attached two pictures for reference of the dress to show the online store.

After the online store received her email, the company informed the bride-to-be that she'd put the dress on inside out.

“Please put it on the right way,” the letter stated.

After finding humour in the incident, the bride-to-be posted it online.

“Two weeks ago my wedding dress came in,” she wrote.

“I was really upset about the look of it and sent an angry email to the company wanting to return it.

“I took pictures of me in the dress telling them it looked nothing like what I had ordered.

“Well, today I received this response from the company: ‘You put the dress on inside out, please put it on the right way.’

“Who knew that they shipped wedding dresses inside out?! The dress actually turned out beautiful.”

The bride-to-be was embarrassed about lashing out at the online bridal store and went public to make up for the angry email.

“Sometimes it doesn’t matter how much school we put behind us, we’re still going to lack common sense, like how to put clothes on properly,” she laughed.

The dress ended up looking beautiful once it was on the right way.

The bride-to-be explained her reasons for sharing the incident online.

“They probably didn’t appreciate my angry email, this post is the least I could do to thank them for ‘fixing’ the problem (me, the problem was me).

“But I hope they appreciated a good laugh. And you all too - during this tense time of the election results, I hope you take comfort in the fact I was not on your presidential ballot nor will I ever be running for any office.

“I’ll help save your life but seriously - please don’t call me to dress you, apparently I have trouble doing that for myself!”

Whoops! Did Prince George reveal royal baby Archie's name months ago?

Prince George is known for being cheeky, but when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed the name of their newborn baby boy, it had people thinking back.

After all, the Prince had given away that name months ago.

Baby Sussex’s name is Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, but Prince George claimed that as a nickname for himself a few months ago in January.

All the way back in January, a woman revealed to the Daily Mail about how she ran into Prince George while walking her dog, where he revealed that he has a nickname for himself. It just so happened to be Archie.

"Just to be friendly, I engaged in a bit of small talk, and I asked George what his name was, even though obviously I knew it," the woman told the Daily Mail.

"To my astonishment, he said, 'I'm called Archie,' with a big smile on his face. I don't know why he calls himself Archie, but kids often play with their names, and I think it's lovely."

View this post on Instagram

I was reminded of this engagement at the Royal International Air Tattoo in 2016 yesterday - So sweet! Whoops: Did the Palace just accidentally reveal the name and gender of Baby Sussex?

As Duchess Meghan has decided not to do the traditional royal photo outside of the hospital holding her new baby with Prince Harry, many believe that her due date – reported to be April 28 – has been and gone.

Fans of the royal family are getting eager to see a glimpse of Baby Sussex, but as it turns out, they needn’t look any further than the Palace's official website.

Eagle-eyed fans have noticed a technicality on the Palace website that might have accidentally revealed the baby’s name and gender.

Obsessed fans have discovered three pages on the Buckingham Place website that have been reserved for a “Prince Alexander”, a “Prince Arthur” and a “Prince James”.

Each link, if you search it as www.royal.uk/prince-arthur, is redirected back to the main page of the palace website.

However, when fans tried girl names that topped the “most likely” list for Baby Sussex, they appeared with a “Page not found” error.

This isn’t the first time this has happened, with eager fans noticing the same thing when Prince Louis was born. Instead of a URL that linked to Prince Louis, there was a new webpage built for www.royal.uk/prince-albert, which led fans to believe that was the new name for the latest royal baby.

Is it a ruse to throw eager fans off the scent or could they be right about the name of Baby Sussex? Only time will tell, but the Duke and Duchess of Sussex seem eager to keep things under wraps.
