"Welcome home, Harold": Iconic Neighbours actor returns to Ramsay Street

Miranda Kerr welcomes "little ray of sunshine"

<p>Miranda Kerr has welcomed her fourth child with Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel. </p> <p>The 40-year-old supermodel gave birth to a baby boy named Pierre Kerr Spiegel on Sunday, February 18, but announced the news of her new bub's arrival ten days later.</p> <p>"We are overjoyed by the arrival of our little ray of sunshine, Pierre Kerr Spiegel," she wrote in a statement posted on Snapchat. </p> <p>"We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our fourth son into our family. Feeling so very blessed."</p> <p>Kerr shared a picture of flowers, nestled next to a pair of yellow baby socks and a baby blue blanket that read "Pierre."</p> <p>The heartwarming announcement was made just six months after Kerr revealed that she was <a href="https://www.oversixty.co.nz/lifestyle/family-pets/so-excited-miranda-kerr-s-special-announcement" target="_blank" rel="noopener">expecting her fourth child</a> with a series of pictures showing off her baby bump. </p> <p>"So excited to announce baby 4," she captioned the photo at the time. </p> <p>Kerr and Spiegel, who tied the knot in 2017, have three sons together - baby Pierre, five-year-old Hart, and four-year-old Myles. </p> <p>The Aussie supermodel also shares a fourth son, Flynn, 13, with her former husband Orlando Bloom. </p> <p>Kerr first hinted at the possibility of having more children in a 2022 interview with <em>Vogue Australia</em>. </p> <p>"I just love being a mother and I always wanted three boys, so I feel really blessed that I have three healthy boys."</p> <p>"I feel like I'm open, so we'll see what God decides."</p> <p><em>Images: Miranda Kerr Snapchat</em></p>

Gordon Ramsay welcomes another "bundle of love"

<p>Gordon Ramsay is a father-of-six!</p> <p>The 57-year-old celebrity chef took to Instagram to announce the heartwarming news that his wife Tana, 49, had given birth to an adorable baby boy. </p> <p>"What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!!" he captioned the photo of him kissing his newborn on the head, while his wife cradled him in her arms. </p> <p>"One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done," Ramsay added. </p> <p>In a few other photos, Tana is seen glowing with happiness as she held baby Jesse in her arms. </p> <p>Tana also took to Instagram to share that their family had been "blessed" with baby Jesse's arrival. </p> <p>"It's been a nerve wracking 9 months but we've made it and we have been blessed with this little bundle," she began. </p> <p>"Ramsay family definitely complete. <p>In an exciting family update for Princess Kate, her brother James Middleton and his wife Alizee Thevenet have welcomed their first child. </p> <p>The couple were spotted pushing a pram around London on Tuesday, according to the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-12675009/James-Middleton-Alizee-Thevenet-welcome-baby.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>Daily Mail</em>.</a> </p> <p>The pair are already getting into the groove of things as James was spotted pushing the pram with a cup of coffee in hand and a backpack carrying all of his essentials as they walked down the streets of Nottingham Hill.</p> <p>Alizee rocked a makeup free look, with a coffee in one hand and a shopping bag on the other. Princess Eugenie welcomes her second child

<p>Princess Eugenie has expanded the ranks of the royals with the arrival of her second child - another son with husband Jack Brooksbank. </p> <p>To celebrate, the princess took to her official Instagram account, sharing two pictures of their new bundle of joy - one of the baby by himself, and another with his proud big brother, August. </p> <p>“Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy,” she captioned the pics, “Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on 30th May 2023 at 8.49 weighing 7.1lbs.”</p> <p>Eugenie then made the touching explanation that little Ernest’s name was more than regal, but also meant a lot to the history of their family, too. </p> <p>“He is named after his great great great Grandfather George,” she said, “his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald.”</p> <p>And last but certainly not least, she shared that “Augie is loving being a big brother already.” </p> <p>Some have speculated that Eugenie could be referring to either King George V - who would actually be Ernest’s great-great-great grandfather - or King George VI, while others have noted that the name also honours Jack’s father George, and Sarah Ferguson’s father Ronald.</p> <p>Either way, fans were delighted to hear the happy news, whether from Eugenie or from Buckingham Palace.</p> <p>“Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their son, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank," a palace statement read. Reality TV star welcomes identical twin girls

Robert De Niro welcomes seventh child at 79

<p dir="ltr">Hollywood star Robert De Niro has revealed that he is now the proud father of seven. </p> <p dir="ltr">The Academy-award winning actor was on a promotional run for his new film, <em>About My Father</em>, and chatting to <em>ET Canada </em>when he made the unexpected announcement. </p> <p dir="ltr">Reporter Brittnee Blair laid the groundwork when she mentioned that she knew De Niro had six kids. </p> <p dir="ltr">“Seven, actually,” he corrected her. “I just had a baby.”</p> <p dir="ltr">De Niro shares his eldest children - 51-year-old Drena and 46-year-old Raphael - with his first wife, Diahnne Abbott. He then welcomed twins Julian and Aaron - who are 27 - with then-girlfriend Toukie Smith, before having 24-year-old Elliot and 11-year-old Helen Grace with ex-wife Grace Hightower.</p> <p dir="ltr"><em>ET Canada</em> confirmed the news of De Niro’s seventh addition with the actor’s representatives, although they weren’t able to dig up any more information on who the new baby’s mother might be. </p> <p dir="ltr">Many have speculated, however, that he shares his latest addition with his girlfriend, Tiffany Chen. She drew attention as recently as March 2023, sparking rumours when she was spotted leaving a restaurant in California, with what some suspected to be a visible baby bump. </p> <p dir="ltr">De Niro and Chen first crossed paths on the set of the 2015 film <em>The Intern</em>, and have reportedly been together since 2021.</p> <p dir="ltr">And while seventh time may be the charm, De Niro is the first to note that even with so much practice under his belt, he still doesn’t consider himself to be a “cool dad”. </p> <p dir="ltr">“I’m okay,” he said to Blair. “You know, my kids disagree with me at times, and they’re respectful. My daughter, she’s 11, she gives me grief sometimes and I argue with her. I adore her, but, you know. </p> <p dir="ltr">“And my youngest now, that’ll be more to come. But, that’s what it is.”</p> <p dir="ltr">He also took the time to tell her he believes very much in “being loving” with his children, though he knew the time and place for being “stern about stuff”. </p> <p dir="ltr">As he put it, “there’s no way around it with kids. I don’t like to have to lay down the law and stuff like that. But, [sometimes] you just have no choice.</p> <p dir="ltr">“And any parent, I think, would say the same thing. It’s a girl! Alec and Hilaria Baldwin welcome seventh child

<p dir="ltr">Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have welcomed their seventh child. </p> <p dir="ltr">Hilaria shared the news on her Instagram, introducing their new baby girl to the world. </p> <p dir="ltr">She wrote, “She’s here! Woman welcomes 100th great-grandchild ahead of her 100th birthday

<p dir="ltr">A 99-year-old woman has celebrated her 100th birthday early, with the arrival of her 100th great-grandchild. </p> <p dir="ltr">Marguerite Koller, from Pennsylvania in the US, will be celebrating becoming a centenarian in the coming months. </p> <p dir="ltr">However, Marguerite and her family are marking the occasion early with the birth of her 100th great-grandchild, Koller William, named after her late husband. </p> <p dir="ltr">“I'm just thinking how lucky I am,” Marguerite told <a href="https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/montgomery-county-woman-100th-great-grandchild/3331133/">NBC Philadelphia</a> as she held the newest addition to the family, which also includes 11 children and 56 grandchildren.</p> <p dir="ltr">She makes the effort to be there for every baptism and graduation, her family has said in the past, and “has created an amazing legacy spanning through generations,” her granddaughter, Christine Balster, told the local news station.</p> <p dir="ltr">However, Marguerite’s large family almost didn’t happen, as she planned to join a convent and become a nun. </p> <p dir="ltr">She applied to join the local convent when she was a junior in high school, she told <a href="https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/montgomery-county-woman-100th-great-grandchild/3331133/">6 ABC</a> back in 2015, but by the early 1940s, she met William Koller, who she said “talked me out of it.”</p> <p dir="ltr">The couple then welcomed their first child in the Baby Boom after World War II, when Marguerite knew she wanted to have a large family.</p> <p dir="ltr">“I wanted to have a big family. I think it's difficult being an only child — it's lonely.”</p> <p dir="ltr">The couple went on to have 11 children over the span of almost 20 years. </p> <p dir="ltr">Their kids then had a total of 56 grandchildren, who are now the parents of 100 great-grandchildren. </p> <p dir="ltr">She has since credited that big family with keeping her active, and making her feel blessed every holiday even after her husband died in 2008.</p> <p dir="ltr">“It worked out beautifully,” she said.</p> <p dir="ltr"><em>Image credits: Youtube - NBC Philadelphia</em></p>

Landlord overstays welcome sleeping in tent under tenant’s home

<p dir="ltr">A landlord has been ordered to pay $NZ 700 ($AUD 630) in damages for unlawful entry after he pitched a tent and stayed under his rental property.</p> <p dir="ltr">When the tenant living in the home asked him to leave after he slept there overnight, Brian Clement verbally insulted them and came up with excuses as to why he was allowed to stay under the house, as reported by the <em><a href="https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/landlord-slept-in-tent-under-tenants-home-refused-to-leave/MSWNZ6WCH3JCTTTXQM7OSQ57VE/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NZ Herald</a></em>.</p> <p dir="ltr">The tenant and partner, whose names are suppressed, told the New Zealand Tenancy Tribunal that Clement repeatedly came “unannounced and overstayed” for up to three days at a time.</p> <p dir="ltr">“The more visits the more it disturbed our sense of privacy at home,” the tenant’s girlfriend told the tribunal.</p> <p dir="ltr">Over two years, she said she saw Clement at the house at least 15 times and that he stayed overnight seven times.</p> <p dir="ltr">In one incident in February last year, the tenant was away and his girlfriend and her daughter were alone at home when Clement refused demands to leave.</p> <p dir="ltr">"I cannot express how uncomfortable and weird I felt that night," the girlfriend said.</p> <p dir="ltr">"I sent Brian a message as I could hear him around the house and asked him once more to leave."</p> <p dir="ltr">On the two occasions she called him, he answered with “verbal insults” and said he was “just under the house catching internet Wi-Fi”.</p> <p dir="ltr">She believed Clement would sleep in his car, only to discover the next morning that he had pitched a tent under the house and slept there.</p> <p dir="ltr">A neighbour who confirmed the account said it was “unnerving” and that she even felt “unsafe at the time”.</p> <p dir="ltr">She described the relationship between the tenant and Clement as “unusual and always ‘grey’”.</p> <p dir="ltr">She said the tenants had been renting the property for over a decade, and that Clement “appeared to come and go” from the property.</p> <p dir="ltr">Clement admitted to staying at the home overnight, but argued the tent was for storing tools and that he only slept in it for one night.</p> <p dir="ltr">He told the tribunal that his rental agreement gave him the right, as the owner, with “access at all times, with reasonable notice, for upgrading repairs … etc” and that the house “may need to be vacated by [the tenant] for occasional visits and staying of friends”.</p> <p dir="ltr">However, the tribunal ruled that the agreement was “entirely contrary to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, which only allows a landlord to enter the property during the rental period with the tenant’s consent, in an emergency, or with minimum notice given.</p> <p dir="ltr">"Importantly, even if a tenant has given consent to the landlord to enter the</p> <p dir="ltr">premises, the tenant is able to withdraw that consent at any time, and if consent is withdrawn, then the landlord would need to leave immediately," tribunal adjudicator Rex Woodhouse said.</p> <p dir="ltr">As well as paying damages, Clement was ordered to pay an additional $1000 ($AUD 900) for the property having no or ineffective underfloor insulation.</p> <p dir="ltr">"There is a very strong interest for tenants, landlords and the public generally, to ensure tenancies are safe and secure, and tenants being able to preclude landlords from entering or staying on the premises falls within that expectation," Woodhouse said.</p> <p dir="ltr">Georgie Rogers, the resident of advocacy group Renters United, said tenants can go to the police if their landlords are harassing or threatening them.</p> <p dir="ltr">"But the convoluted way of going to the Tenancy Tribunal is the only way for tenants to access their rights," Rogers said.</p> <p dir="ltr">But, he said tenants could be named and blacklisted if their claims were unsuccessful.</p> <p><span id="docs-internal-guid-d016e047-7fff-8a67-aae7-51dd58bfdf4d"></span></p> <p dir="ltr"><em>Image: Getty Images</em></p>

<p dir="ltr">Pippa Middleton has given birth to her third child with husband James Matthews.</p> <p dir="ltr">The 38-year-old younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge reportedly gave birth to a baby daughter, a sibling to Arthur, three, and Grace, one. </p> <p dir="ltr">The couple is yet to formally announce the birth of their third child. </p> <p dir="ltr">It is likely Pippa gave birth at London's Lindo Wing, the same place where she welcomed her first two children.</p> <p dir="ltr">It’s also the same place that Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.</p> <p dir="ltr">Pippa married James, a British motorsports racing driver and hedge fund manager, back in 2017.</p> <p dir="ltr">The couple are yet to formally announce that Pippa is pregnant with their third child. </p> <p dir="ltr">Despite being the sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa made headlines at Kate and Will’s wedding thanks to her backside. </p> <p dir="ltr">She joked about the incident and even compared it to Kim Kardashian’s bottom. </p> <p dir="ltr">“I must say that [my backside] — though it has enjoyed fleeting fame — is not comparable [to Kardashian’s],” she previously wrote in the UK’s Spectator.</p> <p dir="ltr"><em>Images: Getty</em></p>

Roof roof! Huckleberry welcomes new addition to his family

<p>A golden retriever pup named Huckleberry, who was photographed frequently sitting on the roof of his family home in Austin, Texas has quite the following on Instagram after rising to fame five years ago.</p> <p>Huckleberry's owners, Allie Burnitt and Justin Lindenmuth, became so used to public concern for their dog they installed a framed sign outside their home.</p> <p>"Don't be alarmed," the sign read. "Huckleberry is living up to his name and learned how to jump onto our roof from the backyard."</p> <p>“We appreciate your concern but please do not knock on our door… we know he’s up there. But please feel free to take pictures of him and share with the world."</p> <p>The family then offered the hashtag hucktheroofdog. Next, they had an Instagram account for him with over 3,000 follwers.</p> <p>Allie told a news outlet in the US that Huckleberry gains access to the family home through an almost one-metre-wide clearance between a hill and the family's backyard.</p> <p>"We wondered when he would figure it out. It took him about six months to figure out the roof was an extension of his backyard.
