Artists create realistic beached whale along Paris' Seine

Parisians and tourists were shocked to find the corpse of a beached whale lying on the side of the Seine across from the famous Notre Dame.

It turned out not to be a real beached whale but a realistic piece of artwork by the Belgian artists, Captain Boomer.

The group of artists have staged seven other “beachings” in cities across Europe.
