This airline was just named best in the world
Qatar Airways has been named the world’s best airline for 2017, taking out the prestigious gong at the World Airline Awards announced at the Paris Air Show.
The airline took the title from fellow Middle-Eastern carrier Emirates, which dropped from first place to fourth in this year’s rankings, curated by consultancy firm Skytrax.

The World Airline Awards by consultancy Skytrax survey millions of passengers each year to come up with the rankings. Skytrax says the awards are the world's largest airline passenger satisfaction survey and the process is transparent and independent.
