8 beautiful images of Mexico City’s urban sprawl

If you’re not a fan of big crowds, you might want to look away right now, because these images are going to redefine the way you think of the term “claustrophobic”.

Photographer Pablo López Luz has taken a series of captivating aerial photographs, depicting the sprawling suburbs of Mexico City that stretch from the hilltops to the deep valleys.

On the captivating series of photographs, Mr Luz says, “Flying over Mexico City has always been an overwhelming experience. For ages it seems like the urban landscape with no ending, continually spreading over the hills and flatlands of the city.”
