The cruise of a lifetime through the Oxford Canal

The Oxford Canal, a conduit dating back to the 18th-century, is a quintessentially British experience, attracting cruisers for its natural beauty and leisurely pace.

In this video we watch a narrowboat make this incredible journey, starting near Kirtlington Quarry before travelling north to Lower Heyford. Recorded at one frame per second, this video gives us a sense of the scale of the journey, as well as providing an opportunity to appreciate some of the natural beauty on display from such a trip.

To see the whole trip, watch the video above. Have you ever been to Britain, or experienced the Oxford Canal? Let us know in the comments section.
