Elvis Presley’s ex-LA home sells for $41 million

Elvis Presley’s immaculately constructed Californian home has changed homes, allowing for the public to get a rare look into how the rock n’ roll legend once lived.

Once owned by the King, it is his second most famous house after the legendary Graceland estate.

The home is located in one of the most highly sought-after areas and sold for a massive $41 million.

Mansion Global reports that the Beverly Hills mansion is just a dash away from Sunset Boulevarde and a stone’s throw from the Playboy Mansion and Michael Jackson’s former Holmby Hills home.

The incredible property boasts seven bedrooms and seven bathroom and sits on a 1.62-acre lot.

Elvis lived in the mansion in the early 1970s, and it was the last home he shared with his wife Priscilla Presley and their daughter Lisa Marie before the couple filed for divorce in 1973.

The home itself was sold for $US20 million ($A27.43 million) last week.

The adjoining parcel of land was sold for a further $US9.3 million ($A12.76 million).
