Princess Eugenie’s wedding: The adorable moment you missed between the bride and groom

On Friday, the royal family watched on as ninth-in-line to the throne, Princess Eugenie, said “I do” to Jack Brooksbank.

While the public and guests had their eyes fixated on the beautiful bride walking down the aisle in St George’s Chapel, her groom made one sweet gesture.

While no one was looking, Jack slyly put his glasses on to see his bride make her entrance into the church.

The 32-year-old usually prefers to go without his glasses but made an exception on his big day so he would be able to clearly see Eugenie walking towards him.

Once the Queen’s granddaughter made it to the altar and stood by his side, he removed the glasses and handed them to his best man and brother, Thomas.

It wasn’t the only time during the ceremony that the couple’s affection for each other was noticed by onlookers.

According to the Daily Mails lip reader, when Jack first saw Eugenie he reportedly whispered to his brother: “Oh, my heart … oh, break my heart.”

Eugenie and Jack also took turns comforting each other throughout the ceremony by holding hands and exchanging loving looks.

On their wedding day, Jack gifted Eugenie a pair of diamond and emerald drop earrings, which perfectly complimented the tiara she wore on the day.

The couple, who first met at a Swiss ski resort, dated for seven years before tying the knot.
