Bindi Irwin's heartfelt message to Steve on 10th anniversary of his death
Bindi Irwin has paid tribute to her late father Steve Irwin on the 10th anniversary his death.
In an Instagram post on Father’s Day, Bindi shared a picture of Steve proudly holding her as a baby.
The 18-year-old wrote alongside the photo: “You'll be my hero for my entire existence. I love you more than words can describe.”
Bindi’s heartfelt tribute comes days after Steve’s father, Bob, found a never-before-seen message from Steve. The note was penned by the then 32-year-old, four years before Bindi was born.
The Crocodile Hunter died at 44 after being stung by a stingray while filming in waters off Port Douglas in 2006.
