Bashful three-year-old cries when meeting Duchess Kate
It was all a bit too much for one three-year-old boy, who was brought to tears when meeting the Duchess of Cambridge on Thursday, during her solo visit to Luxembourg.
The boy, son of Tour de France-winning Andy Schleck, was among the throng of well-wishers who turned out to celebrate Kate’s arrival, but after handing the Duchess a bouquet of flowers he burrowed his head into his mother’s shoulder.
Jil Schleck, his mother, later told Women's Day: "Kate asked if he was shy. She was very nice - you can see she's a mum. She said not to worry, it's totally normal at that age."
