Meet the woman still driving at 101
At 101 years old, Ella Ebery may be Victoria’s oldest licensed driver.
The centenarian still zips around town in her red hatchback, the Herald Sun reports.
The former mayor and newspaper editor just saw her licence renewal test just two weeks ago.
“I endeavour to drive every day, down the street or whatever, just to stay familiar with the car,” Mrs Ebery said.
“I find since I turned 101 — it’s different to what I thought it would be,” she said.
