“Smooth” barista writes secret message to customer
A woman joked that she would not go back to Starbucks after the barista left her a compliment on her coffee cup.
Captioning her TikTok video “AHAHAHA never going back there” the woman shared with her followers the barista’s message.
On her coffee cup, the words “secret message” were written on the cup with an arrow for her to turn and follow.
There the barista had crossed out some words from the warning message so instead it read, “Careful you’re extremely hot.”
The video has already been viewed more than 10 million times and received almost two million likes, with many supporting the barista’s “smooth” move.
“That was smooth though not gonna lie,” one person wrote.
“Be glad someone made their shot. It’s rare these days!” another commented.
“Be careful, coffee, she’s too hot,” another joked.
“Spill it on yourself and sue Starbucks because the safety info was blocked. Use the money for your honeymoon,” someone else suggested.
