Nadia Lim’s mango and almond smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start the day as well as up your fruit and vege intake. They'll also give you a good boost of vitamins and minerals in something that's easy to drink, refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Combine mango, milk, yoghurt, ground almond, honey and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. To serve, pour into glasses and top with extra ice cubes.
