Grape and mint soda mocktail

This grape and mint soda mocktail makes for a delightfully refreshing drink that’s sure to cool you on a hot day.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Combine grapes, mint leaves, limejuice and sugar in a blender. Process until well combined.

2. Pour mixture through a mesh strainer, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour grape soda into two glasses. Top each glass with soda water and ice. Stir and serve immediately.
