Apple pancakes

If you’re looking for a twist on regular pancakes, look no further than this recipe for delicious apple pancakes. The perfect way to start the day.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Stir eggs, milk, salt, sugar and flour to a smooth batter. 
  2. Add the apple pieces.
  3.  Heat butter in a medium-sized frypan then pour in about 4 tablespoons of the batter. 
  4. Swirl the frypan to distribute the batter evenly.
  5. Fry the batter over a medium to high heat until the edge begins to get dark. 
  6. Flip the pancake and fry the other side the same.
  7. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven as you cook the rest of the batter. 
  8. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
