Meghan Markle makes first public appearance with the Queen
Just over two months away from their big day, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made their first public appearance alongside the Queen at a Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey.
The soon-to-be-wed couple, along with Her Majesty and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, joined 2,000 guests at the annual service, which celebrates the alliance of the 53 countries that make up the Commonwealth.
Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince Andrew, Princess Anne and Sophie, Countess of Wessex were also in attendance.
Onlookers cheered as Prince Harry, Prince William and a heavily pregnant Kate arrived at the abbey wearing perfectly coordinated navy outfits, but all eyes were on the woman set to become the newest member of the royal family.

Meghan Markle stood out amongst the royal “Fab Four” in an elegant knee-length black dress and chic off-white coat, topping her look off with a beret designed by Stephen Jones, the preferred milliner of Princess Diana.
Inside the Abbey, Harry and Meghan shared a cheeky moment after a performance of John Mayer’s “Waiting on the World to Change” performed by former One Direction member Liam Payne, when Harry raised his eyebrows at Meghan, who couldn’t hide a giggle.
Chatting with the public after the service, Meghan reportedly told school principal Holly Hartley she was “very, very excited” about her upcoming nuptials.
