Duchess Kate stuns in white frock as she breaks tradition at Wimbledon

The Duchess of Cambridge has always been a huge fan of Wimbledon and has visited Day 2 to watch England’s Harriet Dart take victory over Christina McHale.

The senior royal member cheered on contestants in a hearty match alongside two pals in a gorgeous white ensemble.

The Duchess wore a tennis-white shirt dress with buttons lining the front of the frock and went for a chic Alexander McQueen belt, sunnies and her signature blowout.

The royal sat with Britain’s Fed Cup Captain Anne Keothavong and British number three Katie Boulter on the outer courts – away from the royal box the mother-of-three is usually photographed in – and instead opted to be among the regular seats to closely watch the match.

The Duchess did however return to the royal box at the Centre Court to watch Tatjana Maria play Angelique Kerber later in the day.

The royal is a loyal Wimbledon fan and has been a regular sight for royal watchers at the tournaments over the years.
