“What I wanted to be as a child…”: Over60 community share childhood ambitions

When you’re young, the world is your oyster. Limited at times only by your imagination, life seems to have endless possibilities and there’s no telling what the future may hold.

Then, reality kicks in. We’re slugged with bills, expenses and for better or worse we’re ushered down the hallway that is to become our career and ultimately our lives.

A little while ago, we asked the Over60 community to share their childhood ambitions and whether they managed to achieve them. These stories provided an interesting look at the difference between childhood ambition and reality.
