5 TV shows you had no idea were based on movies
Some of the most classic TV shows were actually inspired from films.

Here are five TV shows that many don’t know were inspired by movies.
1. Bewitched
The popular TV show was inspired by the 1942 film I Married A Witch.
2. M*A*S*H
The movie was released in 1970 and the show didn’t come out until 1973. The iconic theme song was written by the director’s son, originally for the film.
3. Margie
The program created in 1961 was based on the 1946 film of the same name.
4. Mr Lucky
This 1959 TV show was based off a 1943 film of the same name, which starred Cary Grant and Laraine Day.
5. Passport to Danger
The iconic film Casablanca inspired the show Passport to Danger, which starred Caesar Romero and ran from 1954-58.
