Watch Judy Garland perform a deleted song from “The Wizard of Oz”

Judy Garland was one of the most talented and captivating personalities of her era, and now, newly-unearthed footage of the star performing a deleted song from The Wizard of Oz is making us fall in love with her all over again.

The catchy tune “Jitterbug” was cut out from the classic 1939 film at the last minute, and despite remaining on the original 78s from Decca Records, has remained largely unheard for nearly 80 years.

But we can finally listen to it, thanks to this recently rediscovered clip from The Judy Garland Show in 1963, in which Garland, Jane Powell and Ray Bolger perform the song in full.

Have a look below and tell us in the comments, what do you think of the song?
