Jennifer Garner says “yes” to her kids for entire day
Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner has revealed she spends one day a year saying “yes” to all her children’s requests – within reason.
Inspired by the 2009 children’s book by Amy Krouse Rosenthal, which encourages parents to respond to children’s request with a “yes” instead of the all too often “no”, Garner shared an exhausted selfie on Instagram after indulging the requests of her three children – Violet, 11, Seraphina, eight, and Samuel, five – for the day.
As Garner explains in her Instagram post, this year’s “Yes Day” saw her sleeping in a tent in the backyard for the night.
“You’ll never need coffee more than the day after ‘Yes Day!’” she captioned the photo.
