Inside Bruce Willis’ $19 million New York mansion

Bruce Willis and his family are looking to part ways with their luxury New York estate, as the Die Hard actor originally put his mega mansion up for sale for $19.1 million dollars in January according to the Wall Street Journal.

But now, as the market continues to soften, the home has seen a price drop to $14.5 million.

Willis, 63, and wife Emma told the publication that they are letting their Bedford Corners home go “to return to the West coast and make [their] home there".

“The only reason we are giving it up is because we are so far form our California family, which is why we have decided to return to the West Coast and make our home there,” the couple said in a statement.

“Our youngest daughter Mabel said last week that she wishes we could put lots of balloons on our house, like they did in the movie Up and send it to the West Coast. I agree, that would be perfect,” said Willis.

According to their listing agent Ann Cutbill Lenane of Douglas Elliman, the pair also own an apartment in Manhattan, where the family regularly stay.

Willis originally purchased the property for $18 million in 2014.

The home is crafted with a rustic exterior, and also features an additional three guest cottages.

With high ceilings and large windows, the estate offers an abundance of natural light.

The enormous property comes with five spacious bedrooms and the kitchen comes packed with state-of-the-art appliances.

There is also a playroom for children, a media centre/theatre and a temperature controlled wine cellar.

The outdoor area includes a pool and tennis court.
