Seinfeld stars reunite for a special cause

Some of the Seinfeld stars are reuniting for a special cause.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and the man behind the show Larry David are all taking part in a “Fundraiser About Something” this week to help out the Texas Democratic Party.

The livestreamed event will be hosted by talk show host Seth Meyers and will feature Louis-Dreyfus, Alexander and David talking about their favourite behind-the-scenes moments from their time on the show.

There will also be a number of special guests.

“Texas is a battleground state, period,” the Seinfeld trio said in a statement. “We knew that we had to reunite for something special and the movement on the ground for Texas Democrats up and down the ballot is the perfect opportunity to do just that.

“Texans are getting out to vote in droves and showing the world that Texas has never been a red state, it’s been a non-voting state. We couldn’t be more thrilled to host a ‘Fundraiser About Something’ for a terrific organisation like the Texas Democratic Party, who are building the movement necessary to turn Texas blue in 14 days.”

Fans can watch the livestream this Friday by making a donation to the Texas Democratic Party. Unfortunately this event is only open to US citizens.
