Disney has released never-before-seen clips from the latest Star Wars film, featuring an emotional moment with the late Carrie Fisher.
The three-minute video, which was released yesterday to promote the series’ latest instalment Star Wars: The Last Jedi, features interviews with the cast, including newcomers Daisy Ridley and John Bodega, as well as fan favourites, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher.
The behind-the-scenes footage showcases a number of special moments, including the cast having a laugh and shots of the cast stepping into character for the cameras.
Most poignantly, it includes a number of moments featuring Fisher, who passed away on December 27 last year, shortly after she had finished filming her scenes for the movie.
The sneak peek ends with an interview with Fisher.
“[The movie] is about family,” she said. “And that’s what’s so powerful about it.”
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is set to be released in cinemas worldwide on December 15.
